Our Mission

It all started with a rescue puppy with a purpose!

We are a non-profit organization on a mission to help provide United States military veterans of any era of war with trained service dogs. These service dogs are rescues from reputable rescue organizations trained by our Board-selected trainer to meet the veteran's specific needs. We service veterans who reside in Mesa, Colorado.

Our Process

Through our established non-profit, we oversee the pairing and adoption of dogs from local rescues with said veterans who have applied for our program. All adoption fees and training costs are paid for by our organization.

Funding

Our organization is funded through donations from local businesses, grants we apply for, and through the generosity of you and our community through fundraising events.

Leadership

The Board oversees the overall operations of the organization. All members of the leadership team have prior military service or some type of appropriate military affiliation (by marriage or immediate family such as grandparents, parents, or siblings that have served or are currently serving).
